- Social organizer – for coordinating social activities for smaller groups between meetings such as walks-in-the-park, Sandstone Ranch hikes, Yoga, Qi Gong, Telescope Viewing, Museum trips, cornhole meets, bowling, (you name it), as participants or teachers
- A/V support group– for setting up and running the meeting presentations; urgent need for someone to setup and run Zoom for our meetings as we are reaching full capacity at the Firehouse
- Meeting facility prep– need help to setup the room before and after the meeting and assist with carrying things in and out
- Tech Support – need backup support for website/newsletter development and maintenance as well as solving other IT issues
- Logistics Support – assists with any logistics associated with keeping the group functioning such as reserving rooms, coordination of any special events, planning, and reaching out to local government on permitting or use of public space
- Representatives – (LOCAL) to attend and provide a summary of BoCC meetings, other government agency meetings (Legislature, Health Dept, etc), other Indivisible monthly meetings for incorporation into our Newsletter and/or Website
- Activism support – to join the working groups on writing letters, petitions, townhalls, protests and provide your suggestions on other key focus areas
- Information gatherers – help to identify the major “recent news items” and “recent victories” to be included in the newsletters on a weekly basis; researching of topics; also need an editor to review and collate the information into brief summaries
